What are the shipping times and costs?

We ship worldwide, the estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. We currently ship from the Netherlands.


United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg:
1-5working days
Cost: Free

Keep in mind that duties might apply for the UK. We don’t cover these costs and can’t predict how high the costs might be.


Rest of Europe:
3-10 working days
Cost: €8 (free over €300)


Rest of the world:
5-15working days
Cost: €10

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take a few business days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Do I have to pay custom duties?

For orders outside of the EU customs duties might apply, this also applies for orders in the UK and US. We don’t cover these costs and can’t predict how high the costs might be. We currently ship from the Netherlands.

I never received my parcel, can you help?

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your parcel yet, please contact our Customer Care team at care@coldlaundry.com. We will start an investigation with the carrier to locate the package.

I made a mistake with my shipping address, what can I do?

If you have made an address mistake and your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact our Customer Care team at care@coldlaundry.com immediately to adjust it. If your order is shipped already, sometimes it happens that the delivery service will correct the issue themselves by connecting the given street address and house number to the right zip code. We advise you to keep an eye on the tracking link and see if this is the case. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse because of the wrong address, you will receive a refund and you can place the order again.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change or cancel an order, because we process your order as soon as we receive it. You can, of course, return your order within 14 days and obtain a refund.

Please include the packing slip in the parcel, so we can identify your return. We ask you to always ship with tracked delivery.

Important: If you’re returning your order from outside Europe, please use an international carrier to prevent any customs issues. We suggest writing on the package “Returned goods”. Always keep the shipping receipt as proof of postage.

When can I expect my refund?

We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. We will refund you in 14 business days after your package is received by our warehouse, but most likely sooner. The refund will be done in the original payment method used to place your order.

Can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately we do not exchange items. If you would like to receive an item in another size, please return the item for a refund and then place a new order with your desired size.

My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your item is damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at care@coldlaundry.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will look into your problem and offer you a solution.

What are the available payment options?

You can place an order with the following payment options:  iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept Klarna, ShopPay or cryptocurrency.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your payment has failed. We advise you to try another payment method or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

My payment went through, but I haven’t received an order confirmation, what should I do?

It might take up to 2 hours to receive your order confirmation, if after the mentioned time you haven’t received it, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at care@coldlaundry.com. Please send us a screenshot of the visible information on your end, your email, the time that you have placed the order and which items were in the shopping cart. We will look into it.
